I won 3 Awards :o)
Aw I am so honoured that my friends have given me this award - the Spreader of Love. Thank you Robyn, Marnie and Linda! It is so awesome of you girls. I feel so honoured to have gotten this 3 times. You have all said some lovely things about me!
The rules are you must post the award on your blog, name your bestower, then bestow the award upon 6 other bloggers and leave a message on their blog that they've received the award.
Visit Robyn at My Inspirational Journey.
Visit Marnie at Marnie's Alter Ego
Visit Loulou at Two offroaders and a couple of dogs
Now as I have this award 3 times I guess I should give it out 18 times lol but I really don't have 18 blogs that I could give it too. So will do as many as I can :)
LouLou, I love the ATC's this girl makes! I am so happy to have swapped a bunch of times with her :) Not to mention she is a great mate, and full of mischief at Australian National Scrapbooking Days!
Marnie, another fantastic little scrapper, active blogger and great friend! Nothing is too much for Marnie!
Robyn, apart from being an awesome buddy, this girl is TALENT! I wish I could do half the sweet looking things she makes!
Annette - another that can be described with the word TALENT! I wish I could do half of what she does too. I love that she happily shares her knowledge. Beautiful, fantastic, wonderful!
The Graphics Fairy, I love the beautiful images this lady shares. Thankyou! It makes it so much easier to find good stuff for atcs when you have a reliable site :)
The last door down the hall, another fantastic vintage image sharer, but also some FANTASTIC arty pieces. I love looking at all her stuff, it makes me want to run off the computer to the last door down my hall to the scrap room and get busy.
Ruby, a fantastic young person with a fantastic attitude. I love her carefree spirit in art, her abilities are awesome!
Dansnark Art An awesome blog with more tutes and step-by-steps.
OK that is all I can think of :)
Enjoy visiting these awesome blogs!

Christmas Gifts
The next 3 are door hangers and close up's of parts of those. The first is for my best mate Shannon, she loves green. The second is for Bec, Shannon's housemate, not sure what her favourite colour is, so I hope she likes it. The third is for Bec's daughter Amara, she is just 1 so no idea of favourite colours, but it is nice and sparkly so I am sure she will like it :)

Swap-bot
I am hosting two swaps over there atm, one a Open theme ATC's - Australia ONLY which is 3 partners and 2 cards to each of them. As it is free theme it should be easy to make. The sign up closes on the 10th- which is really the 11th as the site is American. The last day to mail your stuff is the 10th of Jan.
The second swap I have on the go is, Recycled Christmas Card ATCs -Aussie only which is 2 partners and 2 cards to each of them. The idea with this one is you recycle your Christmas cards and make atc's out of them. The sign up closes on the 1st of Jan- which is really the 2nd . The last day to mail your stuff is the 11th of Jan.
If your new to Swap-bot and I know you personally, from swapping elsewhere, then PM me on Swap-bot and I will let you join in :)

October Prize Pack and Music Atc's
See I said yesterday I had more to post :) Here is my prize pack from Allcraftz for October. I got to choose my own gear for that month, and I went wild and spent most of the money on stamps LOL. I got all four Penny Black sets, I just love them they are too cute! I also have 2 more single stamps coming and an Autumn Leaves Alphabet stamp set coming, but they were really bought out of CC money and my own (I went over lol). I had a voucher for $200 and still couldn't keep to budget muahah. I am bad!
The papers are for Mum for Xmas she is mad about owls so I got them for her. Some of the littler stamps I am going to give away for prizes for those girls doing the BOM that I have been running through Allcraftz.
The colour is WAY out on this close up of my music ATC, but if you click in to enlarge it, it shows the texture better.
Music ATC's that I made for Stamphappy Yahoo Group. I had lots of fun making these, lots of mess, but lots of fun. Check out the cute wings, my first ever wings lol.

Altered
This is an altered letter (can you guess which though?? lol) I made it for Ali over at Swabot. I had fun doing it, is the first altered letter that I have done in ages! I was so excited I forgot to get a photo lol poor girl had to email me one :)
OK I had way more to blog but after spending 2 and 1/2 hours getting to the post office and home I am spent, so I will blog the rest later. In the mean time, you can't wonder what I did at the P/o lol.

Birthday Challenges
These are my ATC's that I made for the birthday challenge over at Allcraftz. There are heaps of challenges and time left to complete them, but I am just not sure that I will get any more done. I have heaps of swaps almost due and I want to get everything done.
This card is also a challenge, this one was to scraplift from one of the DT or Ebony. I think it looks pretty cute to me. You can't tell that it is all on foam tape, but the little fellow is as well as the blue sheet of paper with circles.Tuesday, November 25, 2008
Been a slack blogger again
So what have I been up to?? Ok, well have been doing LOTS of swaps on Swapbot and with my girls over at Allcraftz. I went up to QLD for a couple of weeks with Michael. Had an absolute BLAST! Mostly stayed with my best mate Shannon in Brisvegas, but also went up to Bundaberg. Stayed at a hotel for a couple of nights and also at Michael's parents.
Been meaning to take photos of my yummy September pack, but haven't, will have to relocate some stuff.. Also some is missing as I gave it away to mum (aren't I nice??)
Hmm... Haven't scrapped a page in I don't know how long. The ATC's have had me consumed, but I plan to do a LO very soon as Megan did a lovely sketch for the Allcraftz's Forums Birthday and I really want to scrap it. Will post a couple of pics of my recent 'remake' atc's for Allcraftz (the stupid mail man lost them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) The first is my Friend theme. First lot actually had a stamped "If friends were flowers I'd pick you", but since making the first lot of ATC's the stamp has run away LOL. Second ATC is my Asian theme. Not as good as the first, but hope it will do.

Swapbot
I have been swapping lots on swapbot, and loving my time over there!!!!! Here are some of the ATC's I have received. I will get my act together and post some of the ones I have made too... one day LOL
These 3 are from the Scrubs (tv) swap. 2 are gifts and one is the actual swap item. I love them. They are from Bree
These two ATC's are from Kerre for the vinatge atc swap. I am not sure what the gold spots are, but they are really cool!
These two Atc's are for the same swap as the above, and they are created by Joanna. They are just awesome! I love the crackle technique used. I really love these!
This was from Georgina for the tongue twister atc. It is pretty cool, and hard to say :D |

World Card Making Day
Well it was World Card Making Day on Saturday and we celebrated over at Allcraftz. Fabulous day with lots of fun and games, prizes and even POPS lol.
I only managed to make 3 cards, but considering the boy actually made it home early for once, and we spend the whole of Sunday gardening and playing out and about, I think 3 was a pretty good effort. The Happy birthday one and the 'Genuine' one were challenges set by Megan, the Bird one was a self designed card... Obviously as it is quiet plain LOL.
This note pad I made for MrsRankin over at Swapbot. I sent it a couple of weeks ago, but she has been away so I am not sure if she has received it or not.. I sure hope so! I am loving swapbot. Have been in tons of ATC swaps. Counted all the atc's I have made (I keep a register) so far over 152 LOL Isn't that mad?? I am hooked they are great fun.

Countries of the World ATC swap
I am in a COTWA swap with AngelATC's and the girls have been really wrapped about my atc, so I thought I would share it here. I wrote the instructions out for them so will share that too. It is 100% Tim Holtz product. I love Timmy! I would love it if he came to Australia!!!!! I'd even billet him LOL.. But it wouldn't be a fair trade as I would raid his stash lol.
It is done in distressing embossing powders so it feels
really rough and textured. Anyhow here is said ATC and instructions....
1. inked my 'time' stamp in milled lavender and stamped where I wanted
2. inked my 'corner' stamp (from same set as above) in china blue and stamped where I wanted
3. inked my Mona/paris atc stamp in soot ink and stamped where I wanted
4. Tipped on soot distressing powder (shake first ;)) and then heat well with a heat gun. let cool
5. rub your finger all over the embossing to release the special crystals
6. inked around the edge roughly with Brushed Corduroy ink.
All inks mentioned are the Tim Holtz Distressing inks :)

Spring CC
Cyber crop time again. I only completed two out of the four Challenges. My back was just too sore to sit and do long projects. These are my atcs.
The tin was the OTP. It's a little shiny as it has been coated in modge podge. I really wanted to complete a challenge over at Purple scraps as it looked like lots of fun. But alas the back didn't want to.
Sitting at my desk is really hurting, but standing for shortish periods of time has been ok. The only problem is it does feel ok, then once I have finished (over doing myself) my back KILLS! One period of 'overdoing' was cleaning down our fence of all this ivy creeper and old pieces of wood (and an old clothes line lol) That night boy my back wasn't pleased!
