In February this year when my boyfriend and I went to Geelong, Victoria for him to attend a management course, we went down to the bay. They have these funky Bollard things. We had a lot of fun spotting them as we were driving around the water front.
I have no idea what these things are, my guess is they represent the waves? lol If anyone can inform me I would love to know.
