I am so Naughty, I forgot to post these photos last month. The fun time Lo was done for the challenge at the Out of the Hat blog. I ended up getting a second prize so I am stoked!!








This card I have done as part of the Monthly CC’s at Allcraftz. I think there is still time to get it done if you wanted ;)

This card I made for my 1-4-1 Partner. The theme was squares of all sizes. I got the idea from a blog. Now I have lost the address, so if she reads this PLEASE comment. I really liked your blog!!

Now for the exciting news..

My best friend Shannon told me on Monday when I rang her for a chat that our other friend Bex, had dropped out of wanting to go to the P!nk concert this Friday. I jokingly said I'd go, anyhow, Bex was selling the ticket to someone else, but tonight Shannon rang me to say if I wanted the ticket I could buy it :D So I am heading off to Brissy Thursday morning and coming home next Wednesday!! HOW sweet..! Only thing that is sad is I am going to miss doing any more Lo's / Challenges :( Ah well there is still time tomorrow ;)
OK I have to TRY and get some sleep. I am too pepped I think!!

Tomorrow I will post all the challenges I have done from the Allcraftz national scrapbooking day/weekend.

Applying Perfect Pearls on Acetate

This is how I did my GGGrandmother ATC. I don’t have a xyron, so I just used spray glue.

ATC CJ – Ruby

Here is the atc I made for Ruby. Her theme was Butterfly and Quote. She wanted one on each side. I didn’t take a photo of the otherside. I hope she likes it. 

ATC CJ - Marnie

Here is the atc I made for Marnie. Her theme was Vintage/Distressed. I am not sure that it is overly vintage but distressed it is LOL. It took ages and was heaps of fun. I hope she likes it!

I hate choosing titles!!

First things first.. Why does everything need a title? LO’s, Blog posts gah, I hate trying to think of a creative title..
OK over that.
Now I got my GREAT, AWESOME, FANTASTIC prize from ChelleBB, I so should have taken a photo, but well I was a little too excited. I ended up winning for my 10 cards as well as winning for doing all 4 challenges(I am super proud of my effort too) She gave me one of the SU sets I have wanted for like forever, the cool pick up truck set. It is just as awesome as it looks.
I have made my first card using it. It is for Avie for a Wishing Well over at Allcraftz. The second stamp set I got was the Basic Phrases Stamp Set which you can view HERE I haven’t used it yet. I have been busy catching up on swaps from when Michael’s family was here. Chelle also sent me a cardstock pack and matching ribbons, and the new SU catalogue. WHOOT! Big thanks to Chelle and to Purplescraps for another great Cyber Crop!

Over at Allcraftz Ruby is hosting an ATC Circle. This is my first atc it is for my set, the theme is Time/Vintage. The next two have already arrived, Marnie’s and Ruby’s. I have to get cracking. Will post what I do as soon as I have done them.

Cyber Challenge Finished

Well here is my top secret project I got it finished yesterday for Purplescraps and it took me AGES to get the collating of pictures done. I had lots of fun making this album, it is something I have wanted to do for ages, but never gotten around to it. Thanks again to Chelle for the inspiration and making me want to scrap. The size of my album.. ATC :D See A – ATC Addict!!

One World One Heart

My poor ‘winner’. It seems after much searching and clearing of my desk that I accidentally gave the atc’s ment for her, away :( So I contacted her and she give her any and she would be happy. Now I didn’t actually give the last of the ones that was lost in the mail away, but alas I can’t find the darn things. So I have sent my winner (Elizabeth) these four. When the missing ‘friends’ ones turn up again. I will forward her one as a little thanks for being so patient with this forgetful atc-addict

The first atc is my Great Great Grandmother Margaret Burns. I love that picture, so when I was looking for the ‘right’ image I thought of her photo.
The second atc is lovely and textured with the scrunched paper underneath with gold on top, then stamped and a cut-out on it.
The third is a stamped background, word stamp, and an embossed bird cut out of stamped cardstock. ALL TIM HOLTZ on that atc.. Well apart from the clear embossing powder ;)
The fourth atc is embossed image, embossed tape, punchy flower (cuttlebugged) and a colour wash using re-inkers and water.

No photos to share this post. I am working on something 'TOP SECRET’ ok.. not really. I am working on my A to Z album for Purple Scraps, so that has been keeping me busy, and what I have done so far I can’t show you :P :P I have some awesome news from the CC, I won for the card challenge. YAY! Thank you so much to Chelle, she is a demonstrator for Stampin’up so if you need anything, buy from her! Scramin’up. The Lo’s are still up for voting, so if you are a member go vote for the LO’s you love!! While you’re at it stop and say g’day..

I won a RAK from the lovely Marnie for my card that I did for her first challenge on Boot Camp Our Way the second challenge is up and almost over, so why not take a look and get ready for challenge three.. Unless your superwoman and you can get the challenge done in 2 days.. DARE YA!

Recent ATC’s and a Card

At Christmas time one of the presents my mother gave me was a cute little toadstool, and 2 pictures, on of a fairy and one of a pixie. I had to make an ATC with the two items (only 1 picture). It was my present, but a challenge also. Anyhow I made this ‘Believe’ atc. Stamped the background in silver and a spare piece of background paper. Cuttlebugged the piece of spare cardstock. I opaled the Toadstools and put while paper behind it, put the fairy on dimensional tape. Cut out the piece of cuttlebugged cardstock for a whimsical tree, drew a trunk and went over the embossed image in red shimmer krylon pen and stamped the word believe in on white paper. One of my favourite cards!!

Recently I was in my first ever ‘Zetti’ swap. These are the four cards I made. I am not sure if I like them or not LOL.. My favourite is the tea lady.. Had lots of fun making these, certainly did a workout on the old imagination ;).

Last of is a card I made this weekend as part of Marnie’s “BootCamp Our Way” I had a lot of fun with this card. It has LOTS of gold elements to it. The cuttlebugging I painted over to make it stand out. The butterfly I heat embossed, painted and fussy cut. As well as stamping and outlining the squares in MORE gold :)

RED RED RED

I just sent off my red package to JDH, so I hope she likes it. We had to spend $10 to $20 dollars, I went over, but Jacinta made me such a lovely parcel the month before, I don’t think it matters that I went over :) I also thought I might have been late sending it, but she was so nice about it I thought that warranted some extra love.
I sent; KindyGlitz, Altered domino, Altered letter J, Post-it Note holder, Opals Powder, Seed Beads, Buttons, Big Beads, Glitter, Rhinestones, Pearls, 2 Fat Quarters, a stamp, Embroidery Thread.

Purple Scraps Cyber Crop

Well it is ages since I attended a Cyber Crop. Got my newsletter for Purple Scraps and thought I might attend this one. I haven’t done much scrapping or card making lately so I thought “why not”. I am so glad I went too. I did 2 Lo’s and 10 cards as part of 3 challenges. I am just starting the 4th challenge an A to Z of me. Luckily though we have until the 6th(ish) of April to get that done. The cards aren’t due til Monday the 16th, but I already did them :). I am so happy with them too. Lots of fun to make them as well. The conditions were that they were versatile, in that they didn’t have “happy birthday” or whatever on the front, so when you have an occasion you can just pull it out and go with it :) You also had to do, 2 masculine, 2 feminine and 2 kids cards. The other 4 were up to us to decide what we wanted.
The Lo’s were fun to make too. So long since I last did one. I am surprised I wasn’t rusty :D One had to follow a sketch (our house) and the other (family) had to be something that gave you a ‘pick me up’. As I said on the forum. Michael and Mum give me a pick me up.. Unless I am ready to kill em :D

I am sorry I didn't draw this earlier, with all that has been going on in our country it slipped my mind. It has been the worst week I think in Australia's history. So many sad stories and some really good ones too, no matter which I hear I tend to cry. I gave a donation of $100 last night, it is so small, but every dollar helps. One World One Heart

I found out about this cool massive bit of blog love the other day and I wanted to join in but wasn't sure what I should give away.

Birthday ATC's

You may remember I made the set of three cards for the birthday challenge at AC4Y, well at AngelATC's it is their birthday this month so Anne decided to host a birthday swap, so I added another 4 ATC's to the original 3 and sent in the 5 for the swap keeping one for my mum and myself. Anne's pictures look better than my original one.. LOL
